Chase Morinaka grew up in rural Eastern Oregon. He is the son of a farmer and a cytologist. He spent his young life working on the family farm, growing onions and herding livestock. Attorney Morinaka completed his BS at Linfield College in the study of economics and business. He received his JD from the University of Idaho College of Law.​Chase Morinaka holds his main office in Portland, Oregon while maintaining close ties to his home community in Eastern Oregon. With clients throughout the Pacific Northwest, he advocates for the advancement of the interests for the underprivileged. He currently serves on the Board of the Directors for the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association. In his personal life, Attorney Morinaka is an avid golfer, traditional martial artist, and college football fanatic. He also proudly maintains his responsibilities as a Black Belt of the United States Judo Federation.
